How this site is made
The dossiers are compiled by an AI that opens and reads the official sources one by one: council resolutions, transport operators' sites, consular advisories. No fact comes from its memory, and when a source is not official or cannot be confirmed the entry says so, with its confidence level beside it. Behind it there is one person, Manuel Caramico, who decides what goes in, spot-checks and corrects what does not add up. If you find a mistake, the source is right there: open it and write to me.

Research
We start from public sources, local articles, official sites and recent first-hand accounts, not a ready-made generic summary.
Published with a date
Every dossier shows the date it was last verified, so you always know whether the information is recent or it's time for an extra check.

Scams, local laws and penalties change often and fast. That's why every dossier carries an explicit verification date: you always know when it was last checked, not just that "an article exists somewhere".
